- Highlight cases where constitutional monarchies, or other economic development systems that have successfully provided stability and prosperity, presenting these as models for Hayti.
- Propose a new constitutional framework (derived from the internal and external consultations, conferences, charettes, salons, chita tende, etc.) prioritizing cultural heritage, the retention of the rule of law, liberty, and justice for all.
